FLAT TUMMY TEA RECIPE
Mix equal portions of Fennel, cumin, coriander and dried lemon grass or dried lemon lemon peel (dried) and keep in a clean, airtight container.
Boil 1 tablespoonful of the mixture in 1cup of water for 5minutes and allow to simmer for another 5minutes. Allow to cool a bit, then strain out the spice pieces.
Drink this tea hot or warm, first thing in the morning. It helps to reduce tummy fat.
